Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Of course it’s safe! We don’t store any of your credit card information (which is handled by our payment processor) and you can rest reassured we’ll also never share any of your personal info with anyone.

What's your privacy policy like?

Your info will never be shared between anybody besides us and of course, you. So don’t worry about your info getting into the wrong hands. For a full in depth privacy policy, check out our privacy policy link.

Do you accept PayPal, Google Wallet, Apple Pay, anything like that?

Unfortunately, we do not. We’re looking to expand our payment methods in the future. We currently only accept credit cards.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping can take 3-5 days for fast shipping, and 10-15 days for slower shipping depending on what you select during the checkout.
This excludes processing time (0-3 days).

Does the orders have a tracking number?

Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-3 days).

*** Note that sometimes the shipping company takes some time to get updates reflected online. It doesn’t mean your order hasn’t been sent, it just means that the updates online aren’t reflected yet.
